Film Look or Faster Frames?

Are professional rap music videos for big hitters and relatively "big league" rappers these days (Kayne, Tory Lanez, G-Easy, Bryson Tiller) still being shot, exported, and shown at 24fps?

Are those artists doing the film look or are they doing higher frame rates now?

Who out there is releasing high frame rate music videos? I'm curious to see what that would look like. It seems that YouTube only recently supports 60fps footage, but so far I haven't seen, or at least noticed 30 or 60fps yet really want to check it out.
I've only seen 48fps in The Hobbit and that was weeeeirrrddd.
