Hi!
I am currently producing one song and producing, directing and editing the music video for it too. I am not being paid for it in the beginning as the artist/band don't have the funds. I need a contract that states I will receive a royalty from the song and video from any money that is made in the future (if it doesn't generate any money I won't receive any money).
Is there a standard contract that anybody can help me out with and forward it my way?? And, what is a good royalty amount for this kind of project, considering the workload I am taking on and that I will only get paid if a royalty is actually made??
