check your local college for those studying the craft they usually have access to all the latest software and tech equipment to get you the result you want... but see if you can look at other things they have edited and see if they have the skills you want... on the cheap..
because they are looking for extra cash and to build up their portfolio before graduating

I've made music videos since the 80s and still love it today. Next to documentaries, I probably enjoy making music videos the most.
