Animations on top of video

Any insight into what programs these 3 music videos use? specifically Chiddy Bang`s 2nd one that plays with color?

Which programs would I specifically have to get handle on to make something like these

After effects for the second and third ones; for that second one you would probably also need to use some 2d animation software to draw in those parts and then composite them in with after effects. The first one is literally just editing, so you wouldn't need to even leave your editing software.

I use whatever is required for the job. I lean on AE every day but can reach deep into my bag of tricks when budget allows. If you can dream it, I can hand it to you.

After Effects would work! Looks like they used a graphic tablet and went crazy on the keyframes.
