Beginner, need some help (is this legal?)
Hallo,
I want to start uploading beats (as I produce 3 years but never uploaded anything) and I think I prefer my beats to be combined with videos... like this one for example:

Could i get in trouble doing something similar? (editing a video by sampling other peoples' videos?
If not, could you tell me which programm/programms you advise me to use as a beginner?
If I have somebody else do it for me how much could it cost?
