    Better to be a Publishing Company or ARTIST?

    If I would have Published 2 songs on the TLC `album I would have made about 1.6 Million in Mechanical Royalties.

    Do you think its best to be a Publisher rather than a Artist.

    Lol....did you not see that special from like YEARS AGO where Left Eye broke it down? I'm sure its on youtube, I can't believe you'd ask that. Some station plays that like once a month damn near.
