I have been trying to start up a home studio but I'm lost on where to go from here. I mostly record hip hop / rap vocals. Currently I have a neumann tlm 103 mic going into a focusrite isa one (without the d/a converter) which goes into my focusrite saffire 6. I have a pair of bx8 d2 monitors as well as a pair of PreSonus Eris e5s. Im not sure if I should look into an a/d converter, a compressor or what. The mic is in it's own room -- which is semi treated. I still need bass traps. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Check his post he says he already has 2 pairs of studio monitors.
I say buy nothing and getting to making those songs.

Usually, 'the next purchase' is caused by having a problem that needs solving.
Where's your complaint?

If you are not complaining about a specific thing that CAN'T be solved creatively (or DIY), then you don't need to go out and buy something (new).

Get to recording and stop spending money.
There are plenty of things to suck down money in the future, don't work to find them.
