What is the BPM & Time Signature for this song???

i usually can tap out the bpm for songs no problem but for some reason this song just kept throwing me off and just need to confirm whether or not its in 4/4.
 
so it is variable between 124 and 125 bpm and I do mean variable
time signature was 4/4

so of course we could make it 62-63 bpm but that would be a nonsense as the pulse is clearly double that
 
listen for strong pulses

count until you feel that you need to start counting again i.e. 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4-.......

use a tap tempo device (one I wrote myself in this case) tapping with these pulses and note variation from nearest whole numbers the first few should be ignored as you are finding the tempo range
