Joined here on the recommendation of OGBama.
I've been writing and producing and so forth for a while now, but have made a concerted effort over the past year to treat what I do as a serious occupation. Basically I'm planning to make this music thing a full time gig - and yes, I understand the monumental requirements of such a claim.
But it's ok, because I have a lucky rabbit's foot.
I write/produce in a variety of styles, from hip hop to industrial to orchestral and beyond... I've loved music for a great many years. This year marks the year I get a studio room, with the intent to have it tuned for mixing and mastering (ballin' on a budget). Bright things ahead! Currently working hard at improving my mixing/mastering chops, which is challenging given my setup but not insurmountable.
