Using a tablet as a MIDI controller? With Reason?

I've been occasionally using LiveControl2...which was great as far as the software goes, but the WiFi setup was somewhat fiddly and prone to, well, not working. MidiMux is a good solution for that.

I've been thinking about this as well, for a few seconds. Pretty quickly came to the conclusion that I don't want a tablet as a midi controller. Rather have a hardware midi controller. I have a remote zero sl, the old one, would never want to trade that in for a tablet. There's tons of controllers like it out there for cheap.

Yes, there are several ranging from free to about $30.00, iirc(?). It depends on how much functionality you want and how pretty you'd like the interface to be...
