I'm thinking (for various reasons) about picking up a used MPC500
But I just want to be clear about exactly what can be transferred to and from the MPC500 and my computer...
Obviously samples can be.
But can you for instance transfer a drum loop made on the MPC over to the PC as a wav?
If so... Could it transfer a wav file of a hi-hat pattern or will it only store a pattern of the entire drum group?
Does the MPC even group things as Maschine does?
I'm hoping file transfers can happen in this way (rather than having to 'track out' every individual sound in realtime)
