switchin from reaktor to synthedit, how to design knobs for it?

Long story short found out reaktor doesnt export to vst, found one that did etc blah blah blah how do i design for this one?
I will try the "copy the default folder and edit it with knobman" approach first to see if it works that way.
(nevermind just copied the default folder and started editing works 100%)

knobman is the solution, as you have discovered

you should subscribe to syntheditusers@yahoogroups.com to get the latest and greatest discussions on V1.2nnn including new libraries/modules etc - note that 1.2 and above are 64 bit only (from memory)

well im stuck with reaktor, synthedit vsts do not show up in any daw.This is not a lucky week for me :/
the vsts work just fine...in synthedit.but not studio one,fl,reason etc
 
windows 8.1
Lenovo AIO C series
Studio one as main daw, other daws used as testing areas.
64bit and 32bit studio one on same machine also.

none of the daws detect the vst plugins but they work perfect inside synthedit itself
 
are you exporting to .dlls?

are you then putting the dll's into the program folder inside of the common files folder in the folder for your daw(s)?

are you creating both 32 bit and 64 bit versions so that you can use them easily enough with your different daws?
 
tried all of that.it works with no problems on my dad's vista comp for some reason.so its prolly windows 8.1 tthats the issue
