Simple FL Studio Time Question :(

In FL studio, I know you can change the display from Bars to Time. My issue is that one of my friends wants me to mix his vocals. The beat starts at 0:00 and I know the time his vocal starts.
But is there any way I can set the vocal file to start at this specified time? I hate having to drag it and estimate if it sounds right at that exact spot.

take the number of bars mulitiply by 4 and divide it by bpm in your
soo (70 bars X 4 beats in a bar) divided by 90 bpm = 3.11
 
Thanks. I never knew that useful formula, but unfortunately that doesn't help me with being able to place the wav in a certain position :(
