    hey how would i record in FL 5 while playing the beat at the same time i have a mic connected threw my mic in and it works but i wanna record in FL is there a vst or sumthin???

    i would highly recommend getting another program like cubase i really dont think FL has good features for doing vocals

    lol nvm i kno how to record in cubase but it only plays on my right speakers but how would i in FL?????

    lol, ok if u can record in cubase, stick with that. it plays in your right only cuz you have it on stereo. u have to record in mono .

    If you want to record in FL you're going to need FL Studio Producer Edition and a sound card with asio drivers. If you have these, then choose a channel on your FX/MIXER window, select the hardware audio input with the mic on it. (there's a little scroll tab on the bottom of the FX/MIXER window labeled IN), hit the record button and your set.

    i dont have any hardware its in my mic port

    Your computer's soundcard is hardware.
