For Logic Pro users, I highly recommend Apple Logic Pro Traning Series: Logic Pro 9 and Logic Express 9 by David Nahmani. Really good and informative. Been making my beats at Logic. I love it.

Paul White is incredible, he did part of the basic series, I think he did basic Effects & Processors, great book for under $10 with loads of information.

He has to be one of the better writers of production out there... He's easy to read and understand.

Where did you get yours if you don't mind, I'm very interested in it.

Amazon like years ago. Used or New, its was under ten bucks.

Anyways, there are a whole series titled basic: that have great resources for cheap, and easy to read and understand.
