Reason 3, Where are my sounds????

I loaded reason 3 on my powerbook and G5 about a month ago and I am just getting the time to start to play with it. I purchased 2 books for reason just in case I had any questions. I wanted to load up some drums and I noticed that some of the files are empty ( no sounds to choose from ) Do I need to reload the sound banks or is this how it is. Some files have sounds others don't. What do you think.

you make sure you are loading the right sounds with the right insturment. you got IM or somethign I will help yo out
