I really hate to start a thread on this but.who knows, it might spin off into something good. Anyways, i'm an out of the box novice house, hip hop, dance pop producer (too many hats?) who plays strictly by ear since i dont know how to play any live instruments yet.

Is there a start up midi device of some sort that i can work with in my daw of choice? Fl studio 10 on windows xp.

lol thanks diddy but trust me i am. i think its because i was born artistic seeing as though i have been drawing since i was like 8 or something. its in the genes. plus i'm very meticulous about detail. anyway which maschine device would be good for someone in my field of interest though?
