Just wanted to let all of you know don't be afraid to mess things up. you have to learn for yourself and not "copy" tutorials. Dont use 2 compressors in series and then EQ just because you see me doing that. use your ears too thats the most important thing.

Ive released an album 2 ep's and a bunch of singles.
you can find me on soundcloud crazeecraigsta

message me for collabs and beginner tutorials to help you excel past the newbie phase

I agree. I have been using FL Studio for a year and have learnt a few things from tutorials, however the problem with me and tutorials is that I learn how to do something but don't understand how it is done most of the time so it isn't a fun way of learning and music producing for me. I find playing around with a technique or just making a beat much more fun and productive.

I've just downloaded Ableton live trial this month and have watched far fewer tutorials than with when I was using FL, however I have found music production way more fun and am making more stuff I like as the layout suits me more and as you say I am giving myself room to mess up.
