I am having issues setting up my home studio. Currently I have a Komplete Audio 6, MXL 3000, Ableton Live 9, and a Macbook pro. I have selected the correct audio input and output as my Komplete Audio 6, yet i do not see my microphone(MXL 3000), making any noise. Even when I go into the Mac's system preferences and select the Complete Audio 6 as the input and output, i do not see the computer picking up anything from the MXL 3000. I'm not sure what i am doing wrong. My buddy has ableton live 9 and when we set up his studio, all you had to do is select the correct input and output within Ableton Live 9 and then configure the audio track to the correct input and bam you were good. Is there something I'm missing?
