I finally got some monitors from my computer but I think I got the wrong interface. I got 2 KRK RP-5 Rokit Powered Reference Studio Monitors (http://www.guitarcenter.com/shop/pro..._sku=102516150)

But I think I got the wrong interface. I bought the M-Audio Firewire Solo interface(http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/item--MDOFWSOLO). I wasn't too sure on which interface I should get so I just picked this one.

Can y'all help me out because I'm clueless when it comes to this audio interface thing...

Im not an expert when it comes to this thing but on the back of the interface has 2 unbalanced line inputs and I have 1 monitors that has a Hosa 1/8 in. Stereo to Dual RCA Cable (http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/item--HOSCMR2) that connects to the interface. So I'm thinking that the interface needs 2 extra unbalanced line inputs for the other monitor...

those are the wrong cables...the krks have 1/4" inputs and the firewire solo has 1/4" outputs so you just need 1/4" to 1/4" balanced or unbalanced....

audio interface output via 1/4" cable to krks..

the comp and interface are connected via firewire cable...
