How to use Massive within Ableton Live 8?

I asked this in another section, but realised its a rather newbie question and would fit better here.

Simply, i have no idea how to use sounds I have designed with massive in Ableton, dunno how to record loops with them or to make some sort of device to channel it through into Ableton, i would really appreciate some help

I'm not entirely sure what u mean, but are you looking to record your midi notes? I have both live 8 and massive. Well if do you have a midi keyboard you must enable that in your preferences. If you don't have a midi keyboard look to the top right for an icon of a keyboard and enable that. With Ableton you must enable the record button. Once the record button is enabled start hitting your qwerty keyboard or midi keyboard.

I know how to record my MIDI notes, but how do I get them to process the sound I made on Massive is what I'm saying.

I'm still not sure what you're asking. Drag an instance of Massive (from the browser) into a MIDI track, draw some notes...and that's it.
