how do i get auto tune to work on cool edit pro?

Record something...make sure your in wav edit view..
go up top were all your normal VST's and track editing stuff is like compression eq etc.... it will sit in one of the sub folders in there bout half way down.. sorry bloke im not on my comp so i cant look at it to get the correct names.
 
can someone give the steps???

i installed auto-tune but the sh*t isnt showing up in my effects section, even when i refresh the effects.

but thing is i dropped it in FL and its shows up under the plugins perfect.
