Just use jump drive/usb flash drive. If you don't want to do that there's sites like divshare where you can upload files...then re-download them on your new laptop
yes you got a new laptop go spend $100 on a 1TB USB hard drive and keep all your samples/drumkits on there
and right now go and just download FL Studio from Image Line and install and download your registry onto your laptop
simply install FL Studio on our laptop, and after this with a flash drive or a dvd burned with sounds from old machine, copy to laptop and import into FL Studio on laptop.
Use an external drive for sounds.... uses less cpu. Bring up the new FL Studio install and link the files to your fl browser. Options>File Settings>sounds
