Help Ableton problem

Hey everyone, I've been using ableton live for about a year now.... and this is happening to me quite often..for some reason the menus of the screen go Grey for no reason at all and i am forced to restart live everytime this happens, it gets quite annoying... ive looked everywhere and I've been reading that ableton is pretty buggy and that might be the reason. I just want to get your opinions on what it might be.... On the picture below maybe you guys know how to fix it or what the problem is.. Thank you!

Mine stopped doing that in 8.2.3 i think... but now i have 8.3 and it never happens anymore... so maybe you need to upgrade

Ok thanks i have not updated my ableton in a while i am going to do that!

I updated my ableton to the latest version and it still does the same thing

It's something wrong with your program I believe, contact customer support, and try a fresh install.
