Does anyone work to a strict schedule?

I would like to set up more regular times to work on things. Does anyone do this and any tricks or tips to make a smoother transition into it?

My practice schedule is: Anytime I am not a)Working b)Sleeping c)Eating d)Commuting e)Jacking off to bbw, milf, or tranny porn f)Watching '80's low-budget Italian horror flicks

That leaves ALOT of time to work on my craft. Nutrition and reasonable practice guidelines are essential. We procrastinate when we have too much on our plate. Break down your workload into smaller, easier-to-achieve goals.

I guarantee you don't utilize all of that time effectively. For me personally it would help to have a set time where I know this is all I'm focusing on for the next few hours.

How can you guarantee that? Are you at my place secretly watching me spend 6 hours a day (in 2 hour bursts x3) on my "off" week and 2 hours on my "on" week (I work 7 10 hr days and off 7 days)? Please, tell me how I don't manage my time Mr. Teach Me How to Manage My Time.

If you know exactly how much time you're spending then surely you do have a schedule of sorts?

Not really. My routine is more like, "practice for a couple hours, go do something else for awhile, practice for another 2 hours, go do something else for awhile....".
Not a set schedule, but fitting six hours of practice into a 24 hour day doesn't require any scheduling unless you have other obligations to deal with.
