Can you edit loops from a sample pack?

I want to edit the key of a bassline loop from a sample pack, is it possible on Logic Pro X? If so, how?

It's possible. i don't have logic and have never used it myself personally but their should be a way to pitch down or up a loop. It's a basic audio editing function. I suggest hitting up the manual or youtube if you're more of a visual learner.

if you have the midi.. it'd be easier.. since it's prolly wav you can't really do much

Transposing. Youtube as many tutorials as you can about whatever daw you use. Everything has that feature.

Using any resample vst (like Harmor for FL Studio) or analog ones like EMU. I don't have experience with EMU, but in harmor you can basically play the same sample over octaves, following parameters you set. And also modify the sound to taste as well.
I use it mostly to achieve a noisia-like reece bass in my drum and bass songs. And these basses are resampled versions of wav basses made in any other synth.
