Business Plan

Does any Future Producers out there have any sample Business Plans that I can look at. The U.S. the Small Business Administration will not return my calls without a Business Plan. I've seen many samples of Business Plans for non-music related companies, but not for music composers, producers, and songwriters.

Any help is welcomed.
