blender's...blender's bone management.why is it like this?

Adding sounds to little stuff in blender is easy but ive noticed there is a complicated part of this thing.bone managing.that's literally the hardest part, creating is straightforward the stopmotion is straightforward but the "rigging" is complex.i can connect the bones to the objects(cubes stickmen etc) subdivision blah blah.

the bones dont seem to be chained together to the limbs, i dont think parenting armatures to eachother works :/

Zbrush has no animator i can see so i use that for drawing in random 3d things and tried to learn blender to use as a "pivot" program to create movements for characters and then after doing all that, import everything into unreal or unity.

suspense, how to fix the issues?
