I've purchased mine from godaddy.com ... keep in mind that I'm just forwarding them to my Soundclick page(s), so there might be better ones out there.

Honestly I've made all but one of my sales from MySpace.com ... My "manager" has a domain (www.duibeats.com) but he's really not doing **** for me.. Network through myspace.. bulletins.. add a lot of people.. Everytime I get a new track, I upload it to soundclick, and post the soundclick widget in a bulletin on myspace.. I've leased my last three songs multiple times within a few days doing that..

Download FriendBlasterPro and add as many people as you can.. You get enough people to look at your music and someones gonna like/want it.

It doesn't matter what venue you use on the net to sell your beats. If your page gets no traffic then you get no exposure period which = no funds. Learn basic Internet marketing first then try to post on the net. You can be the best producer never heard of you feel me. Promote Promote promote. Thats the key. Just my thoughts

Bang on Ayo. More traffic equals more money. Easiest way to get traffic IMO is the soundclick charts. Hell, I quit my day job on Aug1 and haven't looked back, Soundclick keeps me eating good.

Our young Pad one is learning, I think he's ready for the next step. You guessed it man you gotta do what others are not doing and thats pretty much getting exsposure for themselves.

Your own .com domain name will only cost around 10 bucks a year but website hosting will cost around 120 bucks a year. Advertising via Google Adwords is going to cost whatever you're willing to spend. Traffic is money.

Seems like alot of people start out on Soundclick.

True traffic does cost money thats no lie, but think about the thousands if not millions of of users on soundclick who have beats pages but no traffic. Why do they have no traffic? Its simple because they don't take the time to create it for themselves. Traffic is the lifeline to any online business. So with it being that valueable, of course its not going to be free. Although there are some methods of obtaining free traffic, paid traffic tends to be more effective. Once you enter the digital age you have think like a marketer my fellow FP's. Its more than just having a hot track now, thats just the product. Now you have to get that product to the world and the only way thats going to come into light is through good old online promotions. Peace

I just purchased a domain a few minutes ago from go daddy.com
I'm completely new to this but I go that far. I'm looking at them for possible web hosting once I figure out the pros and cons of web hosting
