Beats

if they're buying it you can give em whatever file they want. Im assuming they will want the .wav as its better quality. But its not like its hard to bounce a bunch of copies and send all of them to him.

You aren't selling beats yet though why are you concerned about this? or is someone buying beats from you this early on? that'd be cool.

Nah im not. But i would just like to learn about different things & the process along the way. But im asking because an artist has their beat email in a bio.

If you're sending them a beat to see if they like/want it, send them an mp3 track, but only a snippet. If they want to purchase, send the full beat in a .wav (higher quality) and also the trackouts in a .wav if they request it too.

ahh i totally misread your questions. I just assumed sending after they bought it..yah don't send the .wav until they buy it. Or even the whole mp3 like said above.
