Aux Output volume is really low

Im using the Mackie U.420 interface mixer. I have main outs going to speakers and their volume is just fine. I'm using the Aux Outs to send audio playing from youtube, itunes or my DAW into an external sampler. All of my other inputs and outputs are just fine in volume, but when I've been trying to send audio out through the Aux Outs into my sampler, I have to literally turn all the volume up (both on the Mackie and inside the Windows mixer for whatever program I have audio coming out of). Then when I play audio from another machine, I have to go back and turn everything back down to normal, or I'll blow my speakers out...

Is there some type of line-level amp of some sort that I could put in the middle of the Mackie and my sampler? So the chain would go: Source audio -> Aux Out -> amp? -> Sampler

Or is there just a step I'm forgetting or don't know about?

[PS: I have been searching around... will these do the job for me?
