As an aspiring producer/engineer/artist how should I balance going about pursuing these? focus on one or mix it up? experiment hands on? study online courses or other music?

I know mentorship is very valuable so Any tips on finding mentorship? Im in Dallas,TX, would like to intern or work for someone in something relating to music to provide them value while shortening my learning curve.

Any tips are welcome thanks a lot guys.

I currently have a youtube where I'm documenting the process of growing spiritually/developing my self awareness while also focusing on growing musically as an aspiring artist/producer/engineer. Check it out on youtube metrosoultv(dot)com

Once again, thanks ahead of time for any feedback or tips. Much love all.

P.S Thanks to OGBama for recommending me this forum.

Welcome and you should focus on the 1 thing that you like and/or love most and leave what you don't to those who are specialists as music isn't going anywhere. The business changes rapidly but the art itself away from the commercial machine that is the biz doesn't. Do your research regarding online and/or offline courses 'cause just 'cause you spent money to learn something doesn't guarantee immediate ROI.
