ALESIS VI25 Question - HELP!!

Hello, havent got new gear in a while, my old midi keyboard broke so I decided to get the ALESIS VI25 Combo keys/drum pads.
My question, Can you turn the sensitivity off/on the drum pads? (For example, on the mpd/mpc it has a button that says "FULL LEVEL")
Thanks a bunch in advance!

Also, any advice syncing this thing to FL- Studio 9 ? Links will help too.. theres one on youtube that wasn't much help

At least the keys' velocity curve (this is more or less the same as "sensitivity") is adjusted through the editor. Check the drum pad section there.

There's a software editor downloadable from the Alesis site to change the settings of your keyboard. And looks like there indeed is a "curve" parameter:
