I counted the votes ,forgive me if i made any mistakes.

Koollord - 2,2,3,3 = 10
RzRbeats - 1,3 = 4

A-double - 2,1 = 3
miggy2tone - 1,2,2 = 5
mmc7 - 3,2,1,3,3 = 12

Emwu23 got it right. 4-way tie between Yokuzin, mmc7, Emwu23, and Elevate. If no mod comes by, maybe A-double should decide since they were his sick samples.
 
But wouldn't having A-double decide be kinda unfair, because if he has one of those who tied, as who he voted for, he would most likely just choose that producer over the rest. Hopefully, a mod comes along and chooses a winner.

As noted by all voters this was a tough one to make a call on

But I am comfortable with my decision to award this one to

Yokuzin​

slightly better production in my opinion and more interesting and evolving material

If it were just the other three I would have had to ask a few more mods to have a listen

Yokuzin knows what to do - dates for this one will be at your discretion (i.e. choose whether you want a short round of ten days (23rd) or a longer round of 17 days (30th) voting will close 1 week later)
