When I first heard this sample, I thought it was from Outkast- ATLiens. The Track 13 floor/growing old. Sounds similar but prolly not.

nice sample. took me a minute but i got something started. i like the way you sampled it but at the beginning, its very clippy. a simple to trick to prevent this is to take of the attack of the clips. im not sure which daw you have but you prbably have the option.other than that, very good.
