Well the thing is... I don't want a refund. This mixer is hard to get in the US. Anyway, I'm just gonna keep callin them up till it gets here. What else can I do right? I think they should do something for my troubles though, like maybe a discount or something. If it was just late being shipped that's one thing, but these guys have made false promises, and been dicks when i called up. At least some of them have anyway.

Trance, My friends run a really big store here in northen cal. They do not cary the ecler stuff. I do know they can get ALMOST anything. PM me with the price total with shipping and I can see what I can do.

im really sorry about whats happening. yeah, i was pleased to get my refund, but just cause i got my money back doesn't excuse the eight months of lying and evading they've done.. that company needs to just give it up.

I'll definately keep that other store in mind. Unfortunately though, my momz is a little pissed with my spending at the moment, and if I don't get this one, she'z not gonna let me get it from another place. Kindof a pain ey?

Oh btw, I cancelled my order with 1200s.com They just told me (after they already said it was through customs) that it was stuck in customs and would be 7 more days. I can't trust a company like that. So I ordered a SMAC 30 (one step up ) from PSSL for 400 dollars including 3 day shipping.

i am writing from poland - djshop.pl . we are on line shop with dj accessories. we made order with 1200s.com for over 9000 $ nfor technics. but after 2 week beeing in touch they stopped to answer and and its over one month without stuff and money. at beginning they start to tell stories about flood and broken truck. now silence.

please help us how to push them.we start sueing procedure but from poland it can last to long. any ideas?

we personaly talked with justin from the beginning,it 5 years after problem with phone system but they still chaet. but we did know about it. justin is not answering at all and i stopped believe in his good heart. we called ny police dept and they will make a move soon.
