    Sorry to hear that dude but they seem pretty cool when it comes to orders there direct phone number is above and who to speak to is there also I advise you to call them.They are very legit and they take care of business please call them Im sure your problem will be resolved...

    actually i paid with my debit card, so the cash was taken straight from my checking account. (first mistake)....

    i called, and i'm waiting for my call to be returned...

    this is good progress though, at least i hear a voice now!

    MDCHANG problem... DAT / 1200s.com Response...

    Dear MDCHANG, my name is Justin Lovelace and I am the general manager here at DAT Records/1200s.com. In response to the problem you had with our company, I really don't know what to tell you other than to please contact me directly, and I will find out exactly what went wrong.

    FYI, our phone system is not the greatest, and I will be the first to admit to this, however we are small company (ask BBL) and can only afford so much. The system is basically a voice mail system attached to a toll free number. And when someone leaves a voice mail, it is then forwarded to our store and someone is supposed to call you back as soon as they can. However, this does not always work out, because we get about 200 voice mail messages a day, some are orders, tech questions, order status, warranty info, looking for records, billing, etc..., and we are extremely undermanned (4 employees for this whole thing). Emails are just as bad, if not worst, actually your best bet would have been to use our live chat feature(located on every web page) as it is connected to either myself or one of the partners. Also if you go to our main site (www.datrecords.com), our direct numbers, location, hours, etc are posted on the main page towards the bottom. The Phone System SUCKS BIG TIME, and we are working on this, because at this point this system has caused more damage than good, especially to our customers. In the beginning it was fine and it worked for us, but now with business growing at a rate that we can barely keep up, this system is a CURSE!! But as I said, it is all we have at the moment, and a way to give our customers a toll free number to contact us. We finally found a phone system that will actually work for us, unfortunately we had to obtain a loan to get it. Kinda sucks because now we have to wait, but we hope to have the new phone system in place by the middle to end of August.

    Wow, this was a long one. Sorry about all that, but we are working extremely hard to get things running smoothly, and it's hard when you don't have the corporate support that most of these other places have. We are a small mom and pop shop located in Long Island New York, who just love Music and DJ Gear!!!

    So MDCHANG, give me a call, and I'll straighten this out for you. As well as anyone else who has had any sort of problems or questions about our company.

    Well, all I can say is I can't wait to get my mixer, hehe. Supposedly it'l be in sometime next week and be basically overnighted (two day air, but i'm only two states away)
