What's up with 1200s.com?

This is kinda bothering me. I ordered my new mixer from 1200s.com, and I've been waiting for like... a week now and I haven't even gotten an email saying it was shipped. I got the order confirmation, but no shipping email.

They're located in new york, so it shouldn't take that long to get a package from them. Probably 2 days, but I don't have my mixer....

i've called like 5 times each time they say that everyones busy and I should leave a message. Finally I left one... I've emailed them like 3 times too... I'm starting to get a bit worried.

if they keep telling you to leave a message, next time you get them on the the fone, just be like listen, dam it i need to know what the **** is happening. tell em youre gonna get your mixer, or a chunk of somebody's a$$... normally i wouldnt do this, but i have been jerked around with online deals b4....

Unfortunately it's completely computerized... I think what i'm going to do is wait one more day for a reply, and then call the administrator of the website to find out how I can get in touch with the owner of the company...

You are in luck I know the guys call (516)292-5357 ask for Justin the manager and he will take care of the problem.It seems they are a little backed up with msgs.

Cool yeah, the ecler is on backorder cuz it's a brand new mixer. It should come in late this week, or early next week and be overnighted to me . 1200s.com still kicks *** in my book.

Well, good luck on getting your mixer. Let me know if you get it, cause I NEVER got my technics m3d.

I asked MANY times for a rerund, and they are hard to get a hold of. I even contacted the better business bureau.

this has been lasting for eight months...
