I've seen some deals for both.. used.

What are the differences besides the .7 kg/cm more torque on the 200's?

Anyone have much experience scratchin with any of these?

    thank you

if you're gonna go for more economical gear, the cheapest you can go are the tt200's. don't even think of the 100's.

You ever seen the south park episode with the "cripple fight"?

These days, with the low low prices of used 1200s, it is just not rational to get something 10x worse for half the money...

    alright thanks..

but in that case, I'll ask you to try finding two tech 12's for 400

otherwise I could find two 200's with mixer for $200

Though I've been looking at the 500's lately, I like the idea of a retarded amount of torque.

dont buy numarks. those things dont last.im serious those things die within a 3 year span. even ricci rucker mentioned always have a pair of technics before you invest in some numarks because they simply dont have a long life span. especially since your going with the very cheap models.

How long have you had them for
jb4play? Do you scratch or mix with them? I'd probably get new tables within 3 years anyways cause i'd have more money, so no problem there for me.

    I think I'll be gettin these 200's...

I have the exact same setup. Two tt200's and a DXM 01 mixer. However Im trading my mixer to get a three channel (behringher V300) just becasue im gonna be buying some other gear.
I've had my tt200's for almost a year now and i do a lot of mixing, not so much scratching, but i'ld like to learn. so far i haven't had a problem with my turntables nor mixer. Keep in mind that they haven't been used at a club or anything like that, just bedroom dj use, around 4 hours a week.
