I just got this software OTS and I always wondered how do DJ's make the beats match perfect when blending into a new song. Should I put the tracks in a multitrack in cool edit or cubase or something then export it or what I have no clue about DJing help me please.

Mixing two songs together properly is about three things.....

    1. Tempo
    2. Phase
    3. Key

Matching tempos is the 'easiest' of the three. Basically, both tracks have to be playing at the exact same time. Once you have the tempo down, you have to learn to mix in 'phase'. Most dance music made since the 1970s works in an eight bar phase. Mixes tend to sound the best when you 'match the 1s' - which means to mix so that the phases match up. Also, make sure that you have your snares landing on top of each other - most drum purists cringe when they hear a snare land on top of a kick. And finally, mixing by key takes either an extremely good ear or a lot of practice with someone who has an extremely good ear.

The short answer to your question is that there is no easy way to quickly get good at mixing tracks together. Start by working on your tempo so that you can get two tracks to play together for an entire phase. Then learn how to position tracks so that you are matching up phases.
