Is fatbeats.com legit?

Is fatbeats.com legit? i ordered the DJ Qbert Scratching DIY video on the 30th and they said it was received on the 30th, and now its 7 days later, and I haven't received it or have they sent me the mail that says that they have sent it(they said they would inform me when the video was sent).

i dunno about their dot-com, but Fatbeats the store is the BEST hiphop store in NYC, and probably the whole planet. ;)
