If that doesn't work, I would suggest getting a hold of "david lee" from this board. He works at a music equipment store in the States, and could probably get something shipped to you.
www.spider-engineering.co.uk is the best ive found in engtland for buy flightcases, their prices are excellent compared to dj shops due to the fact that they are wholesale rather han retail
At any rate if you get anything that puts direct pressure on the platter mod the case so that there isn't!
Witht he roadready case I simply ripped out the foam pad and cut it in half, then I glued it to opposite ends of the lid. So now the pressure is on the body, not the platter.
i special order cases from ProCases all the time for pro guys. they are made like tanks, very much like anvil cases. send me a PM or email me for info.
i don't know if it's worth it if you get hit with customs charges.
I spoke to Jase at Spider-engineering, and although they don't stock these cases, can make one to spec for me (ie. with the front flap, and taking into account the pressure/platter issue).
...I suggested maybe they should make a few more of these as I can't believe there's no-one in the UK making them already!!
