Possible to run Maschine as as 2 decks in Serato?

I use Maschine for production and sample via (at this point a very cheap/sh*t) turntable...
Can I run Maschine into both decks in serato but control one deck with a control vinyl (for scratching) and and send that to DAW?
would I need 2 instances of Maschine running to do this?
Is there a better way?

FYI... I DONT HAVE SERATO (or NI TRAKTOR) AT THIS POINT... THIS IS ME FORWARD PLANNING...
