Looking for a cheap "Scratching-Setup"

So im a beatmaker, and i want to learn how to scratch. i don't wanna buy a whole dj set, cuz im not going to be a dj. just want to scratch some vocals on my tracks.
is there anything cheap to buy. something like a USB turntable with an timecoded vinyl? the quality doesn't really matter, like i said, it's just for vocals.

Your best option would be something like a ddj sr. Or you could even go lower endive Gemini slate. The scratching wouldn't be any thing fancy though
