super easy way.
as this is in the DJ forum, i will assume you want to chop a track you have on wax:
record the track at 10% onto your computer and save it. (i like to go lower than 10% but poor Tech users cannot do so.. so lets go with 10 for now)
Save the track and load into Acid(or a similar program), beatmap it and get the proper temop. now put 'snap to' on with 1/4 note ruler marks. isolate the the last note of a bar with the "split" command and copy it over the 3rd note.. you should get the idea.
