Can you guys suggest a good mixer for a beginner ?

Does anybody know of a good mixer i can use on my pc to take a song and mix it with a looped drum beat, and maybe something even more sophisticated than that ?

You should mess around in ACID if you want to add tracks with different beats etc.. (it is a WAVE sequencer)

Mixing could also mean that you want to play two different songs at the same time and match the speeds (tempo). To do so, you may wanna try some virtual DJ programs such as MJ Studio (reviewed here: http://www.onlinedj.com/articles/reviews/mjstudio/page1.shtml ) or some other similiar progz at download.com
