A beat battle is slang for the term "Circle Jerk" In which a group of men sits in a circle and beats their meat. The last man to climax wins the battle.
 
is it mandatory to bring lotion or do they just dry-hump the shit out of their fists? And i assume there's a no-lookies rule too right? what if someone brings a fleshlight, is that legal?
 
Well, typically; In judge monitored contest's the only lubricant that can be used must be expelled from ones own body such as feces, urine etc...
