Who's the best producer rapper

didnt know most of em produced

Scarface - consistent
Eminem - He's eminem
Krayzie Bone/DJ Quik <--hate to put em so low.
Kanye - don't consider him a producer, more of an artist who does it out of necessity.
Havoc - ...
Swizz - .....
Dr. Dre - doesnt rap, he's a good book on tape voice though.
Diddy - Great rapper :D

Eminem - Only picked him because he is one of the best rappers out of the bunch
 
I wish I could say Ant McQueen at the moment, but I'm gonna work on it so my name could be brought up in this discussion.
 
Just to be different.. Charles Hamilton hits on some ****. I mean, I wasnt really giving him too much of a chance but that pink lavalamp **** was pretty tight.

i prefer him as a producer but, it is what it is.
 
I think Dj Quik, Havoc, and Scarface is the only one who does both extremely well. I'd also throw out Daz Jermaine Durpi and Warren G. Of all those mentioned Scarface is my favorite that's great at both. Havoc is a close 2nd
 
I wouldn't give it to Eminem. He's not a great producer. That's like giving it to Kanye West who isn't a great rapper. I think honestly since we r only talking rappers (if we said artists I'd say R kelly or Teddy Riley) that this has to go to Scarface. He's made quite a few classic records. His beats are dope and so are his rhymes.
