I don't know how many times people have to say it. . . when a producer "sounds the same" it is because that's what the ARTISTS come to him for. I can post 10 beats right now that Pharrell used the same drums and the same sounds. Yet, he is the one of the "greats," but if one of these "trap" producers does the same thing, it's a problem. If someone was paying me good money for a beat that sounds exactly like the last hit I made I would do it. As producers, we are in a service based business. . .supply and demand. SUPPLY the people what they DEMAND.
