this time there's things to actually respect oscars for.
giving an oscar for crash because that movie might be able to open some eyes, and not giving the oscar to some artsy fruity movie which won't and which everyone thought would be cleanin up the tables(alltho it did receive some).
giving the oscar for people who have been doing music for a LONG time and never giving up for pop just to break into the mainstream. and who most likely had the greatest live performance in oscar history ever.

Actually when i used to talk to Grouchy Greg from Allhiphop.com who is an occasional guest on the show, he said Bill O'reilly was actually a nice guy off-camera, and his show persona is basically a ratings pull.
